	Paul Robinson - Chairman (Shareholder) Paul graduated from Southampton University in 1983 and qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1987. During a 20 year career in the entertainment industry, Paul has been the Finance Director of Virgin Records UK through the phenomenally successful 1990’s, the Chief Operating Officer of EMI Australia from 2002 - 4, and most recently President & Chief Operating Officer, EMI South East Asia based in Hong Kong. Paul’s expertise has been driving operational profitability in a creative environment. In July 2007 Paul moved to a non–exclusive consulting role with EMI Music which enables him to take his considerable expertise into the wider entertainment field. paul@M1NT.com.cn
	Alistair Paton - Founder & Group Chief Executive (Shareholder) Alistair worked as a foreign exchange and vanilla swaps trader in Sydney, before raising $250,000 to found a carbon credit and emission derivative trading business in 1999. The business captured 40% of the global supply side market, selling credits to power companies in Japan, US, Middle East, China and Europe. Contingent underwriting valued the business at A$250m before he exited the business following US refusal to sign the Kyoto Protocol. Alistair was an adviser to Australian Senator Robert Hill, World Bank Vice President Ken Newcombe and the United Nations. He was nominated for the Australian Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000 and 2001 and came in third place for the Queen of England’s Award for Enterprise 2006. Alistair is a noted public speaker on entrepreneurship and has spoken at Eton College, England among other organised speeches worldwide. 	Andrew Lewis - Managing Director (Shareholder) After extensive experience in the Australian Commercial property market with Jones Lang LaSalle Andrew was recruited by their Hong Kong office. His responsibilities included working directly with large multi–national corporations in Hong Kong and was tasked with sourcing, advising, pricing and securing commercial property for their portfolios. After 6 years with Jones Lang LaSalle Andrew joined M1NT, responsible for overseeing the development of M1NT Hong Kong. 	John Anderson – Non-Executive Director (Shareholder) John received his degree in Management Science, qualifying as a chartered accountant after training with Ernst & Young. John then spent two years running private companies for two major industrialists, before being named Finance Director for a subsidiary of TT Group PLC. He has spent a total of ten years in the energy industry, holding management positions in both Shell and BP London Head Offices. In addition to being a Non-Executive Director of M1NT, he maintains various interests in property, recruitment and entertainment. 	Teresa Du – Executive Assistant Teresa received a Diploma in Music Theatre in addition to graduating from the University of Sydney with a Science Degree. 	Professor Jeremy Stone MD, MBA - IPO Corporate Advisor (Shareholder) Jeremy is a well respected international Non–Executive Director Physician, Entrepreneur, Scientist, CEO and Investor. Jeremy has created more than a dozen global IP-rich health care and investment companies including OnMedica, Mediary® and Lattice Growth Partners, the latter a health care technology fund-of-funds co–founded with Charles Schwab Jr, based in San Francisco. He is Chairman of Merchant Ventures an emerging global merchant banking operation. Jeremy is visiting Professor at the Welsh Institute. 	Sebastien Sainsbury - Strategic Advisor (Shareholder) Sebastien Sainsbury is a grandson of the Sainsbury Supermarket founder and has worked as an Investment Banker in Europe, USA and Asia for 20 years. Sebastien was a Director of UBS and AIG International before becoming involved with M1NT in 2005. He is a shareholder of Hush restaurant in London with Roger ‘007’ Moore’s son Geoffery and is a notable social figure in England and Europe recently being listed by Tatler as the 14th most invited socialite ahead of Elizabeth Hurley and Jude Law.
	John Lui - Brand Advisor (Shareholder) John has been a regional strategy director at STAR TV in Hong Kong. Being a strategist in the communications and media industry for over 5 years, he has consulted for numerous multi-national corporations such as McDonald’s, Philips and Dragon Air. He specializes in building brands and masterminding tools and tactics to tackle marketing objectives. John serves as an Advisor on the Group’s marketing strategy board since 2006.

	Derek Muhs - Shareholder Relations Director (Shareholder) Canadian national Derek Muhs enjoyed a decade of success in the explosive real estate sector in the Canary Islands. He was one of the founders of the Atlantic International Property Group, was Managing Director and an Executive Board Member. Derek gained extensive experience and exposure by expanding his company throughout the Canary Islands and also to Cape Verde and Morocco. Derek discovered M1NT several years ago in his work with high net worth investors in Europe and has followed their exciting move into Asia. 	Ian Pengelley – Executive Head Chef (Shareholder) Ian Pengelley grew up Hong Kong where he realised his passion for Asian food and culture. Enjoying a successful career working in Cicada, The Birdcage, The Hempel, Nobu and Head Chef of E&O. After leaving E&O, Ian was approached by Gordon Ramsay to open a joint venture called ‘Pengelley’s’. In 2006 he began work on his biggest project to date, ‘Gilgamesh’ a 700 capacity fine dining Pan-Asian restaurant. He is easily recognised as one of the worlds leading chefs in this style of cooking. 	Shemsi ‘Danielo’ Hoti - Mixologist (Shareholder) Danielo began his illustrious mixologist career 12 years ago at London’s Quaglino’s, where he discovered a deep passion and a natural aptitude for mixing drinks. He then went on to manage The Harrington Club, owned by Ronnie Wood of the Rolling Stones, where he delighted the rich and famous. Danielo then brought his imaginative combinations and exemplary service to London’s highly acclaimed Sketch, before joining M1NT in 2005. 	Frank Philippe – Associate Director M1NT Global Holdings From his beginnings as a bartender in Paris, Frank realised his passion was the food & beverage industry. Following university Frank worked as a maître’d in a gastronomic restaurant in Nantes but soon took the position of General Manager in a restaurant in La baule, which he held for 6 years. He then became manager at the world- renowned Man Ray club on the Champs Elysées. Frank also studied oenology and viticulture furthering his knowledge of the industry. 	Amber Chen - Human Resource Director Originally from Taiwan and having worked extensively with various Multi–National Corporations including Microsoft and AT&T. Amber moved to Shanghai to work with Human Capital Group, taking the role of Senior Human Resource Consultant. She joins M1NT as the Human Resource Director to develop an H.R. 	Rachel Zheng - Operations Manager Rachel began her career with Three on the Bund as Executive Assistant to the Food & Beverage Director and spent four years from inception to opening with the group. An international restaurant software company recruited Rachel to head up their entrance into the Chinese market. Three years later Rachel reunited with her old colleagues from Three on the Bund in the project ‘1933’ working in the Chairman’s office until joining M1NT in 2008 as Operations Manager. 	Vasco Alves – Beverage Manager Vasco has been an integral part of M1NT team since day one. Having opened M1NT HK and Cannes Vasco brings a wealth of experience to M1NT Shanghai. Vasco also opened some of the most successful venues in London such as Café de Paris, Match group, Fabric nightclub, Zuma restaurant and Boujis nightclub. Vasco has excellent organizational skills and is also very creative. 	Lili Feng – PR Manager Lili worked for the State owned power supply company Suyuan Industrial Corporation for three years in the Business Development Division where she was responsible for managing relationships between government departments and commercial enterprises. Following this experience Lili completed a Masters of Arts Majoring in Marketing from England’s Bristol Business School, before returning to Shanghai where she was responsible for PR and Communication for M1NT Shareholder (Harvey Weinstein’s) Hollywood film ‘Shanghai’. 	Colin Dizengoff – Art Director Colin helps to head up M1NT's top notch in-house design team. He joined M1NT with the expansion into the Shanghai market after several years of freelancing in China. Prior to his move to Shanghai, Colin worked for some of the world's top Advertising and Design firms in New York City, including Saatchi & Saachi, and RDA, as well as Coty Beauty International, where he worked on some of the worlds top personal care and fragrance lines. 	Matt Holland - Non Executive Director (Shareholder) Matthew Holland is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong. He has 16 years experience in the finance industry. He has a range of interests in the bar/restaurant industry being one of the founders of The White House in London and also an investor in the Soho House Group with sites across the UK and in NY. He is also a founding shareholder in Seamless Records producers of the best selling ‘Bargrooves’ CD series.
	Lawrence Chu - Non Executive Director (Shareholder) Lawrence is a founding shareholder of M1NT London, he will oversee the Film, Fashion and Entertainment Divisions as a Non Executive Director and Board Member of M1NT Shanghai. An avid traveller and connoisseur of fine dining, Lawrence previously worked in the Chairman’s Office of EMI Music, a global music company, in London, UK. Following his career in entertainment and the arts, he was a Corporate Financier with UBS Warburg, subsequently UBS Investment Bank. Lawrence is now Principal at Shikumen Capital Management.
	Jason Boyer - Non Executive Director (Shareholder) After his excellent academic performance at one Canada’s top universities and five years of work in various banks he became the Managing Director of Cantor Fitzgerald (HK) Capital Markets. He is responsible for overseeing all Asian equity brokerage and global equity derivatives, he also manages various business development project teams in over 7 countries in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He serves as one of M1NT’s principal advisors on business expansion in Asia as well as focusing our financial and sales strategies to meet objectives.

	Paul Lew - General Manager (Shareholder) Prior to joining M1NT as General Manager, Paul was employed by the Melbourne Pub Group as Venue Manager of the successful Albert Park Hotel in Australia. Paul’s role was to develop personnel and standardize service in a blueprint manual to carry on to expanding branches of the Group. Previous to the hotel business Paul was involved in large scale clubs for 12 years, which included Q-Bar and Seven Nightclub, where he worked for 5 years. 	Alexandre Loisel – Operations Manager (Shareholder) Alex has been working in the F&B industry for the past 12 years after graduating with CAP and BEP in catering in France. Alex then relocated to London working in high-end hotels and fine dining restaurants such as The Ivy. He later gained a position as a sommelier in a fine dining establishment with over one thousand different labels of wine from all around the world. 	Sylvian Noel (DJ Doze) – Music Director Sylvian Noel aka DJ Doze has more than 20 years experience in the music and production industry. After obtaining his Masters Degree in Business Study from University College Dublin, Ireland, Thomas returned to Shanghai to join the explosive commercial property industry. After 3 illustrious years in commercial realty, Thomas left to join the M1NT team. Thomas is now M1NT’s Senior Manager for Shareholder Relations, responsible for taking care of the needs of our exclusive group of shareholders and members.

Yolanda Xia – Senior Manager of Shareholder Relations

Majored in real estate development and management, Yolanda started her career in Savills and keeping good company with lots of high calibre customers. She has now joined M1NT shanghai, with her hospitality and strategy as a senior manager of investor relations, taking care of the needs of our exclusive group of shareholders and members.

Colin Dizengoff – Art Director

Colin helps to head up M1NT's top notch in-house design team. He joined M1NT with the expansion into the Shanghai market after several years of freelancing in China. Prior to his move to Shanghai, Colin worked for some of the world's top Advertising and Design firms in New York City, including Saatchi & Saachi, and RDA, as well as Coty Beauty International, where he worked on some of the worlds top personal care and fragrance lines.

Zoe graduated from Tong Ji University with excellent grades. After graduation she was employed by SEB, directly report to the general manager. Zoe gained valuable experience while she was working at SEB. She joint M1NT in 2008 as a database assistant, this allows her to explore a new direction in career.

Matt Holland - Non Executive Director (Shareholder)

Matthew Holland is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong. He has 16 years experience in the finance industry. He has a range of interests in the bar/restaurant industry being one of the founders of The White House in London and also an investor in the Soho House Group with sites across the UK and in NY. He is also a founding shareholder in Seamless Records producers of the best selling ‘Bargrooves’ CD series.

Lawrence Chu - Non Executive Director (Shareholder)

Lawrence is a founding shareholder of M1NT London, he will oversee the Film, Fashion and Entertainment Divisions as a Non Executive Director and Board Member of M1NT Shanghai. An avid traveller and connoisseur of fine dining, Lawrence previously worked in the Chairman’s Office of EMI Music, a global music company, in London, UK. Following his career in entertainment and the arts, he was a Corporate Financier with UBS Warburg, subsequently UBS Investment Bank. Lawrence is now Principal at Shikumen Capital Management.

Jason Boyer - Non Executive Director (Shareholder)

After his excellent academic performance at one Canada’s top universities and five years of work in various banks he became the Managing Director of Cantor Fitzgerald (HK) Capital Markets. He is responsible for overseeing all Asian equity brokerage and global equity derivatives, he also manages various business development project teams in over 7 countries in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He serves as one of M1NT’s principal advisors on business expansion in Asia as well as focusing our financial and sales strategies to meet objectives.

Paul Lew - General Manager (Shareholder)

Prior to joining M1NT as General Manager, Paul was employed by the Melbourne Pub Group as Venue Manager of the successful Albert Park Hotel in Australia. Paul’s role was to develop personnel and standardize service in a blueprint manual to carry on to expanding branches of the Group. Previous to the hotel business Paul was involved in large scale clubs for 12 years, which included Q-Bar and Seven Nightclub, where he worked for 5 years. Paul oversaw the operation of the business and was part of the development team of such nightclubs as FAMILY, one of Melbourne’s premier house brands.

Alexandre Loisel – Operations Manager (Shareholder)

Alex has been working in the F&B industry for the past 12 years after graduating with CAP and BEP in catering in France. Alex then relocated to London working in high-end hotels and fine dining restaurants such as The Ivy. He later gained a position as a sommelier in a fine dining establishment with over one thousand different labels of wine from all around the world. Alex then relocated to Hong Kong working as a manager in a well-known members club in Central. Alex is currently the Operations Manager of M1NT Hong Kong.

Claudia Kwong – Shareholder Relationship Manager

Starting as a Catering and Sales Executive in a boutique hotel in Hong Kong Claudia later joined a major dining membership firm which partners with over 40 hotels restaurants throughout Asia including the Intercontinental Group. She was later the Marketing and PR Manager for a PR Agency which catered to luxury brands and large corporations such as Cartier and Armani. Claudia is responsible for the Share and Membership affairs in Hong Kong.

Sylvian Noel aka DJ Doze has more than 20 years experience in the music and production industry. He joined M1NT Hong Kong after relocating his career and focus to the asian market. People say that DJs speak with their hands. People also say that actions speak out more than words. Two verifiable sayings that seem to define perfectly the style and the approach of DJ Doze, one of the most complete French Hip-hop DJs, one of the most acknowledged by his equals for his multiples fulfilments, and specially one of the most active. Andy Cheng – Beverage Manager

Andy has more than 15 years of Hospitality industry experience. Beginning his career in a luxury hotel specialising in Fine Dining Restaurants he became involved in the opening of a number of successful bars and restaurants in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. Andy is currently the Beverage Manager for M1NT Hong Kong.
